The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 92pak2 makes no warranty, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team via the Help Center. Any outstanding verified balance (net of applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following standard KYC and withdrawal procedures.
92pak2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for breach, 92pak2 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or financial crime is established, to withhold any associated real-money balance pending investigation and potential recovery action.
